It's time for another sweaty total body Tabata workout! We are adding dumbbells to todays Tabata to increase the intensity oww oww! I'm seriously regretting choosing those 10lbs for shadow boxing lol This is a quick workout under 15 minutes that will have you breaking a serious sweat. Three different Tabata supersets to power through today. We will perform each superset 4 times before moving on to the next. Repetitive? Yes. Super effective? You bet! Let's go!

Workout Breakdown: 3 Tabata Superset Circuits: 20s work + 10s rest x4 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I'm using a set of 10lbs and a single 15lb) exercise mat or other soft surface.

Love this tabata with weights workout. Please make a longer 1. At least 30 minutes including warm up and cool down. More power to your channel.

This is one of my favorite workouts! I love all the exercises and it goes by so quickly with the 20 second sets. I would love to see another one like this!
