Stir-fry sugar snap peas with beef and fungus

Ingredients
1/4 kilo fresh beef
300 g sugar snap peas
1 dried white fungus
2 gloves grated garlic

Marinade
1/2 tsp crush black pepper
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp cornstarch

Seasoning
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water

Procedure
heat a wok add cooking oil stir-fry sugar snap peas and white fungus add seasoning and stir-fry. Set aside
2. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil in same wok. Stir-fry garlic and beef until half cooked. Add sugar snap peas and white fungus stir-fry briefly and serve.
