All The New Features & Changes in Genshin Impact 4.5 Update

This is probably the smallest Genshin Impact update so far, but it still has some very useful features added, like the much-needed skip button!

Hangout Events are intended to be repeated multiple times so you can get all the Endings so it makes sense to have a Skip button so you can get to the choices faster

The skip button on hangouts proves they totally can add the feature to the game. They just choose not to.

The artifact set recommendation actually seems useful for people that don't want to look up guides. And even the rest of it is decent even though its basically just max everything as much as possible. Its the sort of thing you'd tell new players anyway (unless they try to do it to too many/not great characters and go too wide)

Ngl the reason I tend to stop doing hang outs after getting one ending is because I had to listen to the repeated dialogue. So I'm so happy for this.

I know people will complain about "why can't they add this feature to actual quests" and I get the sentiment. I personally would at least want the option to skip all the dialogue in commission quests.

At the least, it would be nice if we all had the option in every cutscene. I'm a story/lore lover too but I would like the option for people who don't have that kind of patience. If someone is misinformed about the lore because they skipped the dialogue, then that's their problem.

Since it is a skip button for the dialogue if you've gone through it once, I like it a lot. It will help me go through all the hangout routes easily now. I personally do not want a skip button for main story or world quest dialogue.

Been waiting for the dialogue history, they still havent added it yet. I hate accidentally skipping dialogues 😮‍💨

I don't know if I was the one who just realized it or if they just put it in this version, but in the teapot, when you place some characters to raise their friendship level, in the small menu at the bottom the level they currently have appears with a number so you can choose who to put, leave or remove.

Is it time to finally do my hangout events? Because I never ever touched that shit. Every time they announce a new hangout I'm just "I don't give a fuck" in my mind.
