Our Companions provide homemaking services, help with household tasks like cleaning, organizing, meal prep, transportation, and help with pets. Most importantly we provide personalized and friendly social interaction, support, and companionship to your family.
Our Companions:
They are relationship-oriented and motivated by kindness, compassion, and understanding. Our companions are a mixture of diverse, compassionate people located right in your community. They come from all walks of life and age ranges with caring, compassionate hearts who share an innate calling to serve others.
Most discovered this calling to serve others by taking care of their own family and friends. Now, they love what they do: bringing and sharing smiles while helping people have a better day.
Your Safety:
For your safety and peace of mind, all Maxim at Home Companions are employees, not independent contractors.
Each companion has passed a background check and screening process that includes:
• Comprehensive Country, State, and Federal Background Checks
• National Sex Offender Background Check
• OIG and GSA Excluded Individuals/Parties
• Motor Vehicle Records Report
• Review driving history and insurance verification on Companions who wish to provide transportation.
• Identity Verification
Our Paperwork:
Because our companions are employees, not contractors, all the paperwork regarding workmen's comp, processing state and federal taxes, unemployment insurance, and IRS paperwork are included in the hourly fee.
Our Liability:
As employees, all our companions are covered by our corporate liability insurance to ensure you are financially protected.
