Why Ivermectin won't cure or prevent COVID-19

People are now trying to treat and prevent COVID-19 with a medicine meant for killing parasites, usually in large animals like horses and cows. Now, medical professionals and the FDA are warning against using an animal dose of Ivermectin as it could pose a risk to your health.

Actually, the horse paste in the tube is mixed at the same RELATIVE RATE as that required for humans. Meaning, you simply take the dose for a horse of your weight. The tube is incrementally marked for weights, so all you have to do is find your weight on the tube and consume that amount. Having said all of this, the feed store is an expensive and inefficient way to acquire ivermectin, and also dangerous if you buy a form with other medicines included.

How about something with a little substance like a 2020 systematic review published in The Journal of Antibiotics: “Ivermectin: a systematic review from antiviral effects to COVID-19 complementary regimen”  The authors discuss benefits of ivermectin on 18 RNA virus’ and reference 45 studies. Very easy to make unsubstantiated/un-referenced remarks.

There is no difference between veterinarian grade and human grade medicines the carrier oils or suspensions are the same the only difference is the concentration that you would take typically is dosed milligram or microgram per kilogram and one we need to figure out the adequate dosage for their body weight, easy math.

If the State would loosen the grip on Dr's people would have access to the CHEAP human form of the drug and would not have to self medicate with the animal version. If there is a Doctor willing to prescribe it off label they should be allowed ! DON'T TREAD ON ME!
