It is startling how the two of you can take really hard, could be discouraging chapters and turn them into hopeful, helpful treasures! I was so encouraged that although I live in a rebellious world, I can still find the goodness of Jesus! I was so encouraged that none of my prayers are wasted. That God is in this for the long haul. And it may take time for my prayers to be answered, but they are never wasted! And so we pray on, don’t we?

a sister in my ward shared this a while back when we were discussing Justice and Mercy... she said "I always think of God as Justice and Jesus as mercy. That He stands to plead our cause when the justice is justified." I loved that.

I just want to say that I see this “class” as my institute/Sunday school. Institute because no longer that young and Sunday School doesn’t hold my attention as it did in the past. Whatever book I am studying, I study along with these videos and my attention is held and I get so much out of them. So keep it up!!!
