I signed up with Divvy, Home Partners & Landis even though I was pre-approved for a mortgage with a decent interest rate. I backed out frome each one bcuz of the pre-approval. I'm glad I did. With interest rates the way they are today, I decided to work on my credit so I will be in a much better position next year. Thank you for the info on these companies 🙏.

I highly encourage everyone to do their own research. Especially about Landis. 83% of the clients who entered the Landis program graduated as homeowners WITH equity.

I would get the least expensive home to buy new or resale I would never consider none of these companies. I also fixed my own credit by watching a lot of YouTube on credit repair and how to keep your credit score above 700.

Even if you have good credit underwriting finds something to hinder you I gave up trying to buy a house don't need the stress plus the greedy investors

A few months back I had applied for one these programs and after I did the math I realized that I could do it on my own...in my opinion it's not worth the money but be patient

How long is the pre approval letter good for? I am located in Delaware and have been pre approval mid July but have not started looking mainly due to the price of home that is just ridiculous. My husband and I have excellent credit ( (800 + for both) and pre approved for $450k. 😊
