Hi Andrew, thanks again for all the great Sportage tutorials.

I have a 2023 Sportage SX AWD and its such a great car. A couple of weeks ago, when going over a bump in the road, the screen went blank then turned on again.

Now this is happening more often. Just yesterday night on the freeway, the whole navi screen went blank for over 2 minutes, (then went on again). Im noticing online that other new Sportage owners are experiencing and reporting screen issues. Some had to take it in for service over 5 times and still not fixed. Is this a model-wide problem with the new Sportage?

Will this reset be able to resolve this blank screen issue?
