I teamed up with @tincupwhiskey to bring you one delicious smoked shrimp recipe. I used one of their two whiskeys to enhance the flavor on one of my favorite dishes. The whiskey comes through and makes for one succulent and tasty shrimp.

Ingredients
2 lbs shrimp
2 tbsp whiskey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika powder
2 minced garlic cloves
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Parsley to garnish

Cooking instructions
Season your shrimp with all dry ingredients (except lemon, butter, whiskey) and add mined garlic, place your shrimp in a cast iron pan. Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees, smoke your shrimp for 15 min, then add lemon juice, butter, and mountain whiskey close smoker lid for an additional 15 min. After remove, let rest for 5 min then serve and enjoy.
