Europe’s role in tackling the Russia-Ukraine crisis explained

Antony Blinken was in Berlin today to meet German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock who had just flown back from Moscow where she had met Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

So what is the role of Germany and its European partners in this war of threats, diplomacy and energy supplies? And why is Berlin so crucial to finding a solution?
