Mulino Val d'Orcia Organic Farm in Tuscany

Before being millers and pasta makers, we are farmers and this is what makes the difference! In our company in Tuscany we produce pasta, stone-ground flour, cereals, legumes and wine, all organic! We decided to invest in the reorganization of our supply chain in order to guarantee the sustainability of local crops, integrating all the stages of cereals production inside the company: a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Set in Val d'Orcia, our farm uses organic farming since 1992: the cereals are stone milled inside the farm, producing flours and brans used for bronze-cut pasta production.
