I have HORRIBLE pain in my left ankle and I think it helped. I'll keep doing this exercise. BTW Dr. Berg, my son now lost 55 pounds since January following you. He's 15 and was quite overweight. I lost 20 but messed up and back on the program. Thank you for being a wonderful man! My brother just started following a month ago and list 20 pounds!!

I was skeptical at first, but yes it worked instantly. Not sure though whether it is a permanent fix.

Thank you, Dr.Berg. My husband just recently sprained his ankle and didn't occur to me to massage his other walking supporting leg. All this time I was just focused on his hurting one.

I had something similar done in Korea by a traditional doctor after I twisted my ankle really badly. I went back for multiple treatments- it works!

In our modern world, most of us wall on a completely flat surface all the time. The side of the foot gets very little exercise. Our ancestors walled on uneven ground that exercised both the inside and outside of the ankle. Helped me.

Omgosh. I am in the middle of seeing orthopedic Dr's for my L ankle and R knee. Just had a MRI on my ankle yesterday and received a steroid shot in my knee last Friday. I did both suggestions from you on knees and ankles and they both feel better! This is unbelievable. Thank you so much!

Wow I am impress ... thank you so much ... within 2 minutes I could breath again. After 5 minutes the pain was back because I didn't rub the nots out ... after I did that 2 days later no pain.

This definitely works!!! I was in so much pain and couldn't walk; pain subsided as I kept massaging, and was back on my foot within one hour - not dancing or anything, but I could put some weight on without excruciating pain. A million thanks for this, who'd have thought!

I'm going to try this. I was diagnosed with connective muscle and tissue autoimmune disorder. My ankles are one of the flare up spots.
