"Save Me" is also the name of Brian May's animal welfare organization he founded. Makes the meaning even more touching, in addition to the reason he wrote the song in the first place. Saving is exactly what he does for so many animals. I love that man.

Love this song and even hearing it now in current concerts. I suggest The Lap of the Gods. I loved back then and I love it just as much with the current line up. Queen's Brian and Roger really know how to keep the"Queen" brand going and it's amazing almost 50 years and they are as popular now as they ever were and still sell out shows from around the world. Just waiting for the announcement of their 2023 show. Fingers crossed they go to Vegas. It's fun to fly there and watch shows!

I wasn't at this show, but I was in Madison Square Garden in September 1980 during this tour.
As Freddie said it was off the Game album. I had it earlier in the year and was glad I got tickets. One of, if not, the best concerts I'd been to.

Great reaction! This is an awesome performance, better then the studio version. You should check out Play The Game - Queen live at Milton Keynes 1982, it is somewhat similar, it was just written by Freddie.
