Can't agree to call the shirt garbage or trash. Someone was mindful enough to donate this in the first place, because they felt it was much to good for the trash. What Goodwill does with the items donated to them is another story.

I love the top and the skirt is nice. Together they look ok. But since the top is a little "flowy and fluffy", the bottom shouldn't be the same way. This makes things look too big? Just saying.
