Empowering Women Through GROW

GROW (Growing and Retaining Outstanding Women) was the very first Employee Resource Group (ERG) at J.B. Hunt. Since its start in 2014, this ERG has worked to create a space to amplify the voices and experiences of women. In this video, members of GROW sat down to talk about the importance of supporting women and the significant role they play within our company and industry.
