I know exactly what Oliver is talking about when he mentions astrology. I went down that path for awhile and it is such a rabbit hole. Then you realize you're making things harder than it needs to be and you clean up and simplify your charts and wonder why you went down that path in the first place when all that really matters is price action and understanding who's in control. ICT is not an indicator, but a pure price action analysis based on something called smart money and killzone. ICT is mostly applied to forex, while Oliver’s applies to all assets. They complement each other quite well because they both focus on pure price actions.

No more strategy is better than 20, 200 MA cross. I realised it after getting this lesson from u.
Why do we solve complicated algebra (SMC, Order flow, OI, etc...) to get 100 marks and the same 100 mark is available in simple addition and subtraction (20, 200) sum.

Fair value gaps are a fancy way to say low volume nodes or si gle prints on the footprint chart or volume profile. You mix that with the 20/200 and your probability of being correct in direction goes way up

ICT students act like the holy grail of the FVG was found when that play has been existing LONG before Micheal was around. The man has taken an everyday average strategy & called it his own & people are lined out the door to pay him to hear how he did it 😭🤣.
