Jesus is referring to both spiritual and fleshly food in this Scripture, well narrated by Aneel Aranah in conclusion quoting a fact that 16 children died of malnutrition just in the minutes he was speaking, and Jesus is warning all who claim to listen to him that they all have a degree of responsibility for this and will be made to account for it according to the judgement of Jesus!!!!
