I used to have a 50 panhead, flh I think, but I got back in 79-80, I built it, my way, the motor was bored out ?, cam b grind, and it had a 3stage paint job bright 3’ deep, ruby red, I helped do, out in NJ. That was like 84, and it had the old springer ft end, and I got a brand new 6” over wide glide, it was foot clutch, jockey shift, a 🎱 as a shifter, which I took off the table at a rival, clubs table ! I had apes, the highest, w/ 3” dog bones, off the wide glide, the pipes, I had built myself, I took a grinder, and put a few tips on the end of the pipes like these, cept they almost looked like flames, and I had up sweeps, just like, chucks, cept, I cut them down and just brazed them back together, and rechromed, and my bike just “ROARED”, and nobody else ever rode my bike, cause it had a foot clutch, it took me 3-5 weeks to, master it, and then it was just part of my ass ! I could sit at a red light without puttin my feet down, if it even felt like it might wobble, I just let the clutch out just enough to move a inch or 2, I was in lots of l slow races, and nobody even, came close, but I had to sell her, back in 94-95, as I was building a house, and need to get my well in ! I have looked and looked, I even have the title, from md . where I bought her ! I hand lots of Harley’s, but never another one, like “ole Bessie” ! And chuck is a good dude, he’s just one year older than me ! I saw him on tv one time, he was on the news, and had just, beat, claude van dam, down, in a bar, he didn’t get pinched as claude, had started it, but chuck just left him in a puddle, between the bar and his stool, all curled up in the fetal position ! And chuck turned his back to the news camera and put his 81 colors on, and I was like “yeah buddy, and you go, Chuck “! He’s played in lots of shows, movies, and other stuff too ! But it is nice to see he’s all that an still here !
