Hey Zach, thanks for all you do. Question about Facebook requesting: Do you track / interact with accounts where you are only "following" or people that accepted your friend requests (or both)? I noticed several profiles i was friend requesting in groups only seem to allow following (and won't actually add to friends).

If you do apply for a job, everyone wants experience and they ask, well how long have you been a bookkeeper. Every job I looked at says at least 2 years experience. Even you just said you would only hire someone with experience.
