How is the nhl going to leave out the fights in the highlights?

The 'Canes are really rockin' it now. Since the trade deadline (March 7), the Hurricanes' record is 9-2. At home, 6-1. On the road, 3-1. That loss on the road was to LA, 7-2. Keep in mind that we were missing some key players in that game to injury or illness. We lost at home to Nashville, 3-1, on March 25. I will put that loss on Jet Lag, as Carolina played this game just 2 days after playing in California. Now we are playing like a well-oiled machine. I believe that we can win it all this year. That said, Washington is no pushover. I doubt that we will catch them in the standings, so we will most likely be playing them (if we advance out of first round) with them having home-ice advantage. We traded for the right players at the deadline, so I'm optimistic that we can make it all the way.

Refs kept breaking up the fights. The Caps looked like they were having a temper tantrum.
Call it what you want to, but the Hurricanes embarrassed the best team in the league.

absolutely zero class from the Caps this game, a complete embarrassment to the sport tbh. And typical NHL to not include any of the penalties or fights in the highlights, way to bury the lead
