The problem was Telesco holding onto Brandon Staley. The roster was never the issue so if you feel you have the coach to make good things happen why would you not give this guy the shot? AP coaching that chargers roster would have been insane! Now TT comes into Vegas and hopefully upgrades this roster they will compete

Chargers hired Jim Harbaugh; therefore, they got a great coach. Raiders got Antonio Pierce who never won anything as a head coach. Chargers and Chief's are going to be hard to beat.
