Idk where this misconception of the Dreamyard being inaccessible comes from. It's a Unova location that is fully explorable once you have HM Cut. You can explore the inside and see those weird scientists running around and jumping then running the other way if you interrupt them. It's the only location where you can catch Munna. The only "special" events tied to the Dreamyard are the Munna harassment at the beginning of BW and the Latios/Latias encounter in BW2, the latter not needing any special item. It's so weird y'all have this false memory or thought of not being able to access the Dreamyard, you're confused with the Dreamworld, a website that no longer exists and was one of the two only ways of acquiring a Pokémon with its hidden ability (of course the third way is breeding but you had to have a hidden ability Pokémon firsthand).

I think you made a mistake on the dreamyard thing. You have to go into the dreamyard in Black and white because its part of the story. Also i think the monkey gift is a permanent gift not a temp gift

Yes, you can still get the elemental monkeys. It wasn't an event. It's an in-game gift. Just like you can still get the Eevee and Celadon

As someone who did get the Liberty Pass, let me warn you - Victini is a pain in the butt to catch. I had it down to red health and everything and I still could not catch it. To be fair, I'm still early in the game (like I had barely gotten to Castelia City, where you can catch the ferry to the Victini event location) so I only had access to regular Poké Balls, but COME ON. It was, as I said, in red health, and only level 15. Definitely going to have to try again.

Also I'm pretty sure Genesect was only given out for Black 2 and White 2 so not sure how you could get it in the original Black and White.
