This is a very thorough video! Just for clarification, a disposable cigarette lighter is allowed in the cabin, but not in a checked bag. It must remain with the passenger.

I use surgery disposable booties when removing shoes. Does phones go in a bin alone I think many phones get stolen. Have a multi pocket travel jacket that everything goes in, with a personal idem bag with 3-1-1, tablet, kindle then carry-on with laptop and jacket then shoes. And evendently cell phone so need 8 bins. That ridiculous. So a bin for each thing

What happens to your big luggage that goes under the aeroplane, if you rap it in plastic?
Because I want to travel from Australia to the states with all of my costume and real jewellry and I am worried the workers will steal it or want to look at it. Do I fill my carry on luggage with it all? There is about a shoe box full of it.
