Whenever we required a particular component at that time only we have to load in DOM. This concept is called Lazy loading.
We can implement lazyloading in 2 ways.
1. Conditional rendering
2. With routing

Steps for implementing lazy loading.
1. Import lazy, suspense from react library.
2. To which component we have to implement we have to call the lazy function and assigned it to one variable.
Ex: const Form = lazy( () => import("./Form");
3. Depending upon the condition we have to add that variable in between the Suspense component.
Ex: <Suspense><Form /></Suspense>
