I tried this as soon as i saw the original video! The only downsides i saw are:
1)The bread soaks up too much oil making the whole thing very oily, just toast it properly and it would still taste very good

2) If you don't like the taste of the yolk that much, remove 1 or 2 depending on how many eggs you used (for e.g if you used 3 eggs remove the yolk from 1 or 2 of them depending on your liking)

3) Taste test after mixing b/c you might have added less salt😭😭😭 (i made that mistake)
