Great setup. Another two portrait monitors on each side and it would be perfect. But, since I'm planning to live in a box truck in the future, A 34 inch ultrawide and 24 inch on portrait would be enough. I would like a walking pad in the box truck as well. A lot of solar panels needed but we'll see.
