Health needs to be a top priority for A.I. companies. I’ve been seriously ill for 2 and a half years, going to all kinds of doctors and specialists for those 2 and a half years and I still don’t have a diagnosis or anything close to it. Most doctors simply don’t care, they barely give you the time to even explain your symptoms and cannot bother to investigate beyond surface level. I hope they are some of the first to get replaced.

Ashton is 100 % right. I am a filmmaker and even now it is extremely difficult to get people to watch your indie film as there is already an overabundance of content and channels and the old distribution model is completely screwed... Imagine what it will be like in a couple of years! Your counterargument of people craving authentic human content is just complete utopia - never going to happen because of revenue. It simply won't be a profitable model, not to mention you are highly overestimating the world you live in - 90% of people are idiots and they just don't care as long as they are entertained.

Musk diverted Tesla's entire order of Nvidia AI chips to his own private company, xAI. I would expect lawsuits to follow. Tesla shareholders really got the bad end of that deal, with Tesla's ability to create better AI for their cars and robots is now diminished.

I'm not entirely sure how a tech "geek" still wouldn't grasp this logic. Why are all the tech giants rushing to strike deals with OpenAI? Why would they want to build from the ground up when they could partner and rapidly advance at the pace OpenAI is setting? Why is OpenAI also securing partnerships with major news media and corporations?

The BIG question here revolves around DATA, DATA, DATA, and more real DATA. In the context of machine learning and AI development, data is the cornerstone. Companies that have massive datasets possess a significant competitive edge. If you find yourself in competition with behemoths like Google, you'd go to great lengths to secure the data you need.

OpenAI seeks access to the relevant data necessary to train and optimize their models. In the end, end-users of devices like iPhones and Androids will be the sources of real-time, high-fidelity data. This data is essential for feeding these AI systems and platforms, enabling them to achieve super-intelligent capabilities through enhanced neural network training, deep learning, and predictive analytics.

Musk dropping this lawsuits is rather what I will say fighting against against the system and bitting around with rarely anyone paying attention until the reality hits the masses. He’d rather focus and compete to be better with his actions in brining about alternatives products to challenge his arguments.
