It's so sad when a family member gets a legacy inherited and is so greedy just to sell it all off ! Thankfully, the historical society stepped in and saved the property. I love this story. It's absolutely worth saving.

If this was their summer home, what did their winter home look like? It blows me away that anyone can design a house like this with so much detail. How do they think of it all and execute it. The craftsmanship is stunning. Thank you for posting this house.

After a while all these homes begin to look the same and they’re a bit stifling too with their drab bedrooms. Yes. Everything else is quite opulent as though they were European aristocracy only they were neither European nor aristocracy.
