I accidentally went to sleep with the fan on last night, and I am wondering if this is why i am feeling like this now.

Well i have asthma and i sleep with a small fan on at my face because i breath easier with it and have tried no fan and i wake up wheezi ng and take my inhaler more often through the night. Also have never had any those symptoms.

I understand but I've been sleepin wit da fan in my face since a kid & I'm almost 32. Tried 1 time to do without & it was miserable. Broke out in a sweat & couldn't feel calm. Put da fan on to blow in my face like usual & fell asleep in 5 minutes.

You have to hydrate in the morning. If you don’t have bad allergies, sleeping with the fan on sounds like an absolute win. My favorite time to hydrate is when I feel all dry and dehydrated. I drank 3 cups of water this morning when I woke up becuase I felt so dry and now, I feel so manic I’ve been typing excruciatingly long internet comments like this since 5 am! I need to get the dishes done. Peace ☮️

I sleep with a fan on my face for 13 years each night without the fans I couldn't sleep and feel tired and low energy for tomorrow fans are really important so you have to sleep with it to make you fall asleep and get your energy back for tomorrow my sisters and cousins does the same

Yes but to keep a glass beside your bed has its own issues, in the night bugs can climb into the glass, nice surprise if you wake to have a sip. Otherwise dust pollen and mould could be transferred to the water which acts like a magnet. So you still ingest it.
Its best to keep a drink bottle with a lid on it if you need to have the glass of water 😉

I sleep with my fan on year round. I have asthma and copd, never had an issue because of the fan.

You know what is also dangerous? Sleeping like 3 -4 hours at night because of the summer heat! That's actually even more health problems! Because its so incredibly hot in summer that you can't sleep without it

I been sleeping with a fan every single night my whole life don’t care if it’s winter my fan is on blowing directly in my face and if someone turns it off i wake up angry and annoyed lol when my fan broke I listened to the fan noise videos on YouTube just to go to sleep then got another fan a couple days later
