As an artist, I have an 11” iPad Pro as my main drawing tablet & media consumption device. It has totally replaced my computer. I also have an iPad mini 7 for when I really wanna travel light. It’s the perfect size digital sketchbook when on the go. Don’t laugh, but I wanna add a 13” iPad to my collection as well for those times I crave a larger drawing surface. My 11” iPad Pro will always be my primary tablet. I think it’s the perfect size. Not too big. Not too small. So I think I’ll get the 13” iPad Air to save some money instead of going for the 13” iPad Pro. Some may feel that 3 iPads are overkill, but iPads are the only devices I use. No more laptops or computers for me. I have fully adapted to an iPad iOS only workflow. 😉 👍🏼

I upgraded from the 5th to the 7th Gen iPad Mini last year. It’s the perfect size for me - anything bigger would be too big. It also complements my stunning Product Red iPhone 13 Mini. I highly recommend both.

The iPad Air is the "I care, but not THAT much" model — if you want more performance, the Pencil Pro/Magic Keyboard options, or a better display, but the thought of spending iPad Pro money still turns you pale.

ESR pencil is very good I've heard as well - been using the Mini, it's been really nice for me and what I need. Enjoyed the video man :)

Been using ipad mini 6th for the past 2 years. Honestly i rarely using it for anything productive. I use it for entertainment only like watching videos, social media scrolling and browsing. Thats it. Even gaming on my phone is better than on my ipad.

I love the iPad mini 7. I literally take it with me everywhere I go. It's perfect for watching movies on the go, but also powerful enough if I want to do some photo editing or drawing with the Apple Pencil Pro. My only complaint is that there's still no decent keyboard case for it - I know that would be microscopic and not everyone would want such a small keyboard, but as someone who uses to work on one of the small Asus EEEPC netbooks, I think having a good keyboard (even just a magnetic Logitech one like they used to make for the older iPad minis) would be amazing for on-the-go productivity and writing. I also have the iPad Air (11-inch, M2) that I'll use with the Magic Keyboard for some writing and photo editing/art when I want a bigger canvas but don't want to bring out my MacBook Air.
