True Classic Tees Review - What I WISH I Knew Before Buying!

This true classic tees review is an honest opinion about these shirts and why, despite their great their marketing, they seem a little too good to be true.

I'm on the quest to find the best basic tee, and since true classic marketed hard to me on Facebook I thought I'd take a chance and get some. They aren't the cheapest for a basic tee but sometimes that's fine as long as it's high quality.

These come in a 3-pack and they're always on "sale".

I wanted to do this true classic review since a lot of surface reviews say they are the best shirts ever yet I've never actually met anyone that's tried them. I needed to get to the bottom of it.

I got a 6 pack recently, and chose to go with a size larger than I typically go. I’m usually a medium, but I went large. They were initially too big, but after washing them and drying them in a normal cycle, they shrunk and fit pretty darn well. Maybe still a tiny bit big, but am counting on them shrinking a bit more through the next few wash cycles. So, if you are a cynic like me and buy with the assumption that they will shrink, they’ll be a pretty good low maintenance shirt for you 👍🏼

Thanks for the honest review. Those are quite rare on YT nowadays. I wanted to try a 6pack for $99. Changed country to The Netherlands, and boom, price went up to €130!!! Never mind, I'll stick with my €4 shirts from Primark.

Thank you so much for an honest review. Especially the mention of them being “nipply”. I hate it when I buy a good looking shirt only to realize later that my nips look like they’re trying to put on a show.

I've been wearing them for a year or so. They do vary in fit even though they're all the same size. Some are a little tighter and it depends on the color in my experience. The natural fits looser, the navy fits perfect, the cobalt fits tighter, the pure white fits tighter, the emerald fits perfect, and the heather blue fits tighter. It's kinda weird but the shirts are so soft and comfy, it doesn't really bother me, and when they fit right, they make you look great.

It's funny you say it shrunk more than 5% because I complained to them about that after the first wash! Lol. Some of them didn't shrink as much though.

If someone wants to try them, I recommend getting the natural (undyed), navy, dark green, and generally the darker colors, which seem to fit better.

Thank you so much! I was very close to spending too much on True Classic. After seeing this, I ended up buying 2 dress shirts (Zeroyaa) & 3 long sleeve shirts (Dickies). Conclusion: Fits perfectly & I love them! Saved me over $100 IF I had gone with True Classic. Thank you again.

My only reasoning for getting them is because I’m 6’ 5” 260lb and couldn’t never find a shirt that fit with out showing my belly. I love them!

This review was spot on to what I noticed. I tried one on in a local store and was surprised to find them so thin and "nipply" as you appropriately described. Pass for me.
