Bad judgment - this is supposed to be the ref in Parliament, someone who makes decisions. How can he remain in that roll when his judgment is so poor that he didn't see an issue doing that video in his robes, in his office? If this was a one-off then no one would care but he has already had an ethics violation, the Liberal party has had several - it shows that they think the rules don't apply and it is easier to say sorry later than to think and do the right thing to begin with. The whole party has judgment issues.
