Perspective on Fed:
1. Gov issues a bond to borrow from Fed.
2. Fed in exchange issues fiat money loan.
3. Fed sells the bond & buys gold.
4. Accumulated gold is in Fed custody.
5. By 1934 Gold Reserves Act, Fed must surrender the gold to Treasury.
6. Enriched Treasury to pay off national debt & save over one trillion/yr in interest.
7. This can increase SS to $3000/m for 50 million seniors and supplement income for poor to $3000/m/family.
8. Trump is the only one who can do this.

It would require a constitutional amendment to undo the 13th amendment. Presidential powers are mostly in the foreign affairs... He's a figurehead domestically. But he can triangulate around the legislature and the people with a public "promotion of the common good"... Selling it.

He doesn't have to "end the FED" by any order to disband it. All he has to do is print US currency notes and demand payment for all US based petroleum (and its by-products) in the new US currency. The Federal Reserve currency will then wither on the vine and the Federal Reserve will go bankrupt.
