There is also another feature for Lens Adjustment and Multiple Users that is not well known.

When the Lens Adjustment is completed, it will save those settings to the Profile it was made on and the same goes for every other Profile on the Ps5.

So, if you regularly have the same people play, make a few extra Profiles on the console for them to use and save their Lens Settings on.
