In this setup, does laptop consume internet data to store while recording, or i mean i want to connect pc as nvr, without consuming data, but i will also give internet connection to router so that i can see remotely in app, but this setup should not consume internet data 24/7 to store in pc,

Is your router an PoE router? Or is not a PoE and therefor u use a power cable for the camera?
