Holy shit Andrew's acting is phenomenal

I feel in some performances Andrew must have drawn on very personal experiences since I believe he lost his mom during his run as Evan on Broadway. She was able to see him perform, but I’m sure it must have been difficult for him, so I’d like to think at times he’s singing the song about being with his mom and sort of saying goodbye to her. Which I find to be absolutely heartbreaking.

Wooow this Performance and approach of the song is amazing. I felt Andrew lead us trough the Journey as the song goes on... from the ashamed yet selfish Evan, trying more to justify himself, then to slowly realize why he did those things and finally accepting how much he actually hates himself in the climax of the song, ending with he legit understanding he needs to change his life and self steem. Other actors hold the same emotion troughout... but this...this really sold the entire transformation of Evans inner thoughts for me. Bravooo
