How to Turn Scientific Notation Off for Python Matplotlib Plots

This is the easiest way to date I have been able to find in order to accomplish this daunting task

Is it possible to remove just the 1e7 notation on top of the Y-axis while keeping the scientific notation for the axis itself? I just dont need it as i have it in the Y-axis label and it messes up my plots when having multiple Y-axis. Thanks for your help
