The gentleman who first taught me guitar was a country musician, I one day we were really getting at it and I started a duckwalk, old Bob stopped immediately, looked at me saying, you don't want to be like Waylon, you wanna be like Chuck, then immediately dropped into a duckwalk and made his old Fender Jag scream!! I really miss that old man.

I had the privilege to see him in Germany while I was in the army. Paul McCartney and the Wings wimped out and Chuck was the replacement. SO glad they whimped out. He was GREAT. The year was either 1972-3.
