1987 might be the most difficult because Appetite had a whole bunch of songs and I'd say at least Welcome to the Jungle and Paradise City could compete. 2006 Lordi won the ESC and Hard Rock halleluja even made the radio sometimes. 2010 I'm not sure welcome to the family is even the best song on that album, nevertheless it's going strong.
2012 I think a song from Apocalyptic Love would have thoroughly deserved that spot.
