Join me as we dive into these beautiful workbooks! There is an introduction to all phonemes and letter patterns for 'Letters and Sounds Phase 2-5'.

The Jolly Phonics Reading Scheme include a set of 7 workbooks, each covering one group of the 42 letter sounds in sequential order. There are 24 pages filled with fun ways for children to practice their phonics. Workbooks 1,2 and 3 have simple letter recognition, while later books introduce joined-up (cursive) writing and the alternative spellings of the vowels. Strategies for tricky spellings and challenging puzzles for developing phonic skills are also provided. There is a checklist which can be used to assess progress in both reading and writing.
