Get outside

You don't need to have the latest gear, boots, or pack to get outside and enjoy the peace it can offer. You don't need to be a seasoned hunter or mountaineering expert to get an hour of fresh air with no distractions. Hell, those guys will tell you the same thing:

Grab a coffee, find a spot you like, and head out there. Even if it's just for 10 minutes. Do what you can, then just work on doing it more.
