Looks good. I use provo piccante, fontina and mozz cheeses with an alfredo drizzle between layers. The bolognese sauce has ground lamb & beef.

No beef or sausage? My lasagna has a layer of ground beef and sweet and hot Italian sausage between the sauce and cheese so every bite has either beef or sausage or both in it. Really enhances the flavor all around as well.
