Python Pandas Read Excel using **loc**

Hi,

Video is about Python Pandas to read Excel as dataframe.
Pandas is mainly used for Machine learning to read .csv and excel file and convert to dataframe.

Suggestion is not to just watch video but try hands-on in parallel to better understand syntax.
