This is as good a reason as any to fire someone as a client. She doesn't respect the stylist's time but is rude about her own time being wasted.

Good lord. I have been late to hair appointments before because of (actual) traffic, and not only do I call/text ahead to let them know the ETA, but I give them an extra tip to compensate for my taking up more of their time. Honestly, some people have never worked in or had friends/family who worked in the service industry, and it shows. Take care of your stylists, people (and your servers, check-out clerks, hotel staff, delivery people, etc. etc. etc.)!

😂😂😂 Always taking up much more time arguing, than EVER waiting for the hairdresser.😅 I don't get those people. Just because they call and say they will be late, doesn't make them being late fine. It's appreciated. Still isn't okay.
I mean, 5 minutes doesn't hurt anyone. 30 minutes is already a big chunk. But that is 53 minutes. That's as good as an hour and not at all acceptable

My coworkers had to kick someone out for the first time because the lady was in the fitting room singing and totally out of it 30 minutes after the store closed. Every time they kept giving her a countdown towards closing, she would insist she was almost done. Passed 6, they even let her know that they both had children waiting for them at home. The lady was off her rocker, and finally had to be forcefully removed. The audacity of some people!!

Reminds me of the woman I saw in a store while shopping today. Her phone rang and she said a little impatiently, "Yes. I'll be there in 10 minutes!" She was NOT on her way. The woman continued to shop. I really dislike people like that. She appeared to already be late.

My father taught us: On time is ten minutes before the appointment. Anything after that is late. Anything passed the appointented time is rude. If you didn't show up on time to an appointment with him he would leave
