New COVID-19 cases surge in Canada

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau urged Canadians to be vigilant in following public health guidelines as COVID-19 cases climb across the country. Ontario Premier Doug Ford warned that a second wave is coming and further shutdowns are possible.

CBC hosts (this one in particular) can't give up on the "second wave" language despite getting pushback from guests on multiple occasions. They've been stuck on "second wave" language from the early days of this. Can they please please please be more intelligent. You'd think with $1.5 billion/year in public funding they would try harder than simple minded sensationalizing.
