The first thing I'm noticing is that the handle is not pointing up in relation to the display.
I'm picturing a designer somewhere chuckling about that.

I like that the batteries are hot swap-able.
For me, the wireless charger is useless. I don't have or want any of those kind of devices. I'm a hardwired to everything human.

I have a small, AC plug soldiering iron I use to make holes in things that weren't meant to be planters.. like 32 ounce yogurt cups.. I wonder if it would run that... I have no idea what the power draw is on it.

If you talk to the folks at the company again, you might want to let them know that their website is wonky on the palemoon browser... they might want their IT folks to take a peak.
There's also no company information.. contact.. location etc on that website.. at least not on my browser - which makes them look very shady.
The site does pass the sniff test on the malicious/scammy site checker.
