Went through it a few years ago and it tore my soul apart … the thing I learned was to take your health seriously (sleep, nutrition, exercise, stretching and meditation/prayer) and keep busy (work, read, learn - especially new things like history, languages and skills).

Funny, really. We both got in the student council and I really stupidly hoped that we'd get closer again.

I dont know if anybody cares. But this happened to me aswell. Its been months since we broke up and i was really REALY broken.
I started working out again to feel better about myself. Started a new job somewhere. Overall im starting to to better. Working on myself. If anybody is going through the same thing, do the same is i did guys. Cry and think untill your tears are no more. Go workout, to change your mind and get u busy instead of thinking 24/7. Find a job u like, and work your ass off. Started creating the best version of yourself guys. Rightnow i dont feel like i wanna meet anybody and i dont know if it will change soon. I kind of lost faith in the women of this generation… i know maybe not all of yoy are the same, but there are not many good ones out there, loyal ones…
Goodluck everybody that needs it, on your journey to your better self.
Also i started to learn myself to play the guitar. And working with such an emotional instrument kind off helped me express my emotions in playing. Idk maybe its time for you to start playing an instrument if u not already are.

She then just, disappeared. Moved in with him, so i packed up and moved across the country. I miss her some days, some days im thankful for the pain because it drives me to be better everyday.
