The dirty tricks of J. D. Vance in the Trump Zelensky fight

The last press conference in the white house between Zelensky and Donald Trump has broken the rules of international diplomacy. In the history of diplomacy, such sensitive and high-level negotiations between presidents are done behind closed doors. They are done according to the rules and the fine art of international diplomacy. This video shows what went wrong in the Trump Zelensky fight. Stay with me.
I am Enzo Caputo, a Swiss banking lawyer based in Zurich, Paradeplatz. I am the owner of the boutique law firm Caputo & Partners. I help clients protect what they have earned, mainly with Swiss banks. I worked in the old UBS group for legal and compliance. In my last job, I was the CEO of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers. For more than 30 years, I have been advising wealthy clients from all over the world.
J. D. Vance produced a disaster with his dirty tricks. This video analyzes what happened looking closer to the dirty tricks Vance used against Zelensky. Trump’s comments on Zelensky's clothes do not help diplomacy. Zelensky's choice of clothing is most probably very intentional. On the one hand, he is at war, on the other he is on a diplomatic mission. His clothing is therefore somewhere between military and state dress. The setting was quite unusual but not unique. For example, General Montgomery was never vested in suits and ties, even after the II WW. Normally it's like this: two heads of state sit next to each other, shake hands, give the press a few pictures, and then NEGOTIATE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS. In this case, it was the opposite. The Americans demonstrated their power from the outset, with Trump sitting there. Not only Trump was there but also his Secretary of State Marco Rubio and J.D. Vance and an army of US journalists. Such an enormous personal superiority stressed Zelensky. They created an unfair overpowering effect in the room. In such an event, it is usually the case that the meeting is broken off after a few superficial questions. They should have done the negotiations behind closed doors and not public before the world media. If the negotiations take place behind closed doors, the outcome is more productive. Open discussions in the public are contradictory to international diplomacy rules. In this case, Trump has answered many detailed questions. He has often indicated that he sees not only Putin but also the Ukrainians as responsible for this conflict. It is very easy to see how uncomfortable this is for Zelensky. Zelensky did not realize that Trump tried to convince him to change his mindset from a war mindset to a peace mindset. He should be trained for a face-to-face meeting with Putin. He was not ready to accept the new mindset. The stop of financial support to Ukraine ordered by Trump, pushed Zelensky into the corner. No escape. No options. He immediately accepted Trump’s leadership in the peace talks with Putin. Otherwise, he is replaced. That’s the power of facts. Zelensky’s nervous and uncontrolled movements are strong evidence of his fear. This phenomenon of uncontrolled body language is known as “neuronal congestion energy.” So, when there is tension inside, it shows through small, uncontrolled physical movements.

Mr. Caputo banking is your expertise and what you are well respected for. I would suggest you keep your content about that and not politics. I say this with all respect.

Zelensky was told by Vance and Bessent in Munich not to litigate with President Trump. He was told in Washington the morning of the meeting by Lindsay Graham not to litigate. He arrives at the White House and for 40 minutes in the conference room quarrels with everyone. They tell him let's put up a united front in the Oval office in front of the cameras.
So what does he do? Sits there coked out of his head and starts arguing.
Trump and Vance (and everyone else at that point) cut him loose and rightly so.

The negotiations were completed behind closed doors and the final document was printed and awaiting signatures. This was just a photo op with some questions from reporters. All Zelensky was supposed to do was answer press questions. World leaders do that all the time at the White House without starting arguments in public. If you listen to what Vance actually said, that is his complaint.

Zelensky was arguing at the photo op which is not intended for that. The leaders were just supposed to give the press diplomatic answers and smile for the cameras. Then go to lunch. All other world leaders have been able to do that even if they had tough negotiations in private. Zelensky broke those rules. He looked like he had sniffed some cocaine beforehand. There were no dirty tricks. Zelensky broke the rules for a oval office photo op.
