1. How to say different times of the day:
• in the morning/afternoon/evening
- The phone rang at three in the morning.
- It was very hot in the afternoon.
- We had a barbecue on Sunday evening.
(✗Don’t say: We had a barbecue in Sunday evening.)
• at night
- The noise of the traffic keeps me awake at night.

2. How to ask the time of the day (for hourly times):
• What's the time?
It's six o'clock.
I get up at five o'clock.
