Im a few years late but i have a very similar build to yours, and i didnt think it would make over 400hp but ive never ran a dyno.
180/100% FFD
adrenaline HPOP
63/73 ball bearing turbo (i typically let off the pedal when i hit 30psi but ive seen up to 40psi with WOT)
SB intake (no intercooler yet)
irate efuel
pedestal delete
4 inch down pipe, 5 inch back straight pipe
Jeli tunes on a Hydra

might have to hit a dyno after i get a built transmission, my heavy foot has already gone through a stock one.

I been wanting to put my 95 on a dyno and see what its putting out. I know its got a hell of a lot more then it did when I first got it and it was stock. I have 160 injectors, KC stage 1 turbo, Hydra tuner with Jeli Built tuning, 3 down pipe into 5 inch exhaust all the way, Beans E-Fuel

Nice truck! Mind if I pick your brain for a moment? What made you go with the 180/80 instead of the 205/80 hybrids? I’ll have all supporting mods prior to injectors except for the hpop which is why I’m leaning towards hybrids and the new turbo will be done same time as injectors. In this case s364.5 intercooled.

Think the 160/80 are safe to run on a stock 02 7.3 super duty, other than fass fuel system, 4” turbo back straight pipe, ts6 tuner (getting a hydra soon)

Put a gtp38r turbo on it that will see u to 600 plus hp
